PHASE ONE
I designed the structure with my computer using the software from Gerber Scientific Products. This software is designed for the sign industry. From the software I sent the file to my Gerber 408 router. The router cut all the shapes and cut all the dado joints for the corners.
Then I assembled the structure using wood glue and an air nailer. Then finished the case with wood putty and paint. Note – next time I will paint it before assembly!
Next day I fastened it to the wall! Now the fun begins…
